| Explain turbo VS turbo on the same SAE scale, why can't you come to grip with that? tt.net is about turbo cars- we are trying to compare to other turbo cars throughout the country. turbo car at 2500 ft VS a turbo car @ 5000 feet using a Dyno Jet and the SAE correction factor. The turbo guy at 2500ft will have inflated numbers over NA as well. I'ts proportional the higher you go. All I can really go by is what I have seen with my own eyes- of the 20 or so different Z's I have seen dyno - Stage 3 Z's 320 to 340 rwhp 14 to 15 PSI Stage 5 Z's 360 to 400 rwhp 15 to 18PSI In-line with every one else throughout the country. Greg Dupree makes 400rwhp on stock turbos (routinely) around stage 5, a few of the other serious guy's have done it as well. Greg Dupree posted a few days back on how obtainable it is and relativily simple.
We can also run more boost safely, due to the lower atmosperic pressure.
